By accessing or using Meetleh ("the Service"), operated by DoubleAM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Meetleh is a free online meeting scheduling tool that allows users to create events, share scheduling links, and coordinate availability among participants. The Service is provided "as is" without requiring user registration or accounts.

3. User Conduct

When using Meetleh, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Create events with offensive, misleading, or inappropriate titles or content.
• Impersonate other participants or claim identities that are not your own.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without permission.
• Exploit the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code comprising the Meetleh service are the property of DoubleAM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Meetleh, such as event titles and display names. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Advertisements

The Service may display third-party advertisements, including those served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interaction with any advertiser is between you and the advertiser.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of scheduling data or participant responses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoubleAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as Meetleh is free).

9. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
